Voice Over Training Courses:

Apart from DJ and radio presenter courses, we also offer 1 and 2 day voice over training courses. You'll be produced and directed in the making of your own personalised demo CD, featuring your vocal talents, to market yourself as a voice artist in the industry. 

A 1 day voice over course is £350 (No VAT to pay). Overnight stay in local country guest house or hotel can be arranged. All voice over courses are one to one. Everything done at your pace. All courses include a copy of your mastered voice demo CD and detailed personal course report. You'll also receive Industry info and support to help you understand where to find work. Voice Tracking Training Course:

Learn how to use your voice for "Voice Tracking" in which your recorded talk links can be used by radio stations all over the world. You record speech links which are then sent to stations by voice artists to be mixed with music to make all kinds of shows for radio stations. 30 links recorded in 30 minutes can make many hours of programmes. And to do it you don't leave home. 1 day training course 10am til 4pm. £350. An exciting new format. 1 to 1 tuition.

Presentation and Production appraisals - voice CDs  - demos - radio programmes:

If you're looking for help, guidance and professional advice on your current demo and or radio programme, you can send us an example of your presentation and voice work and we'll provide a report on how to improve your presentation and production. We'll tell you where you need to concentrate and suggest ideas on how to improve your style and production techniques. 

We offer the appraisal service on a "one off" and continuous basis. Each month when in receipt of your latest presentation and or copy of your latest work, we can improve your style with a report. We can personally discuss and or e mail our thoughts and reports.

£150 (no vat) for each presentation appraisal and report.

We're also able to edit material for presenters who may not be able to edit their own recordings for demos. Perhaps you don't have access to editing equipment. On receipt of your raw material, we'll digitally edit and master your material on to a compact disc/minidisk/cassette. The finished demo will be ready to send out to Programme Controllers anywhere in the world. We can also repackage an existing demo, freshen it up and give it some "kick".

£250 (No VAT charged) for editing and or repackaging your existing demo or raw recordings. 

Radio Studio Hire:

The studio can be hired with or without an instructor/producer. You'll find our studios cosy and geared up for recorded and or "live" transmissions. We have ISDN and broadband links for 2 way radio interviews or "live" broadcasts to other stations. We currently air 1 National radio programme per week and various shows for other radio stations too. From £85 per hour. See radio studio hire.

Radio presentation and courses at your premises or venue - Group or 1 to 1 sessions:

If you can't get to us easily we can get a Radio School tutor to you. The Radio School can provide "on site" tuition at your premises in the UK and abroad. Group tuition and consultation is also provided to UK and foreign clients. 

 

Digital editing and analogue tape editing:

We'll show you how to digitally edit using one of the industry's most popular digital editing programs. Cool Edit Pro (now known as Adobe Audition) is an excellent editing program ideal for multi tracking and radio production too. 10am - 2pm £300. (No vat to pay). 

Analogue editing is a dying art, but still popular with some. If you want to learn let us know.
